The owners of Mediterraneo, which opened in April at the new Hotel Zero Degrees in Norwalk, want diners to imagine that they have stepped into the dining salon of a large, majestic yacht. That explains the beautiful teak-and-holly floor that resembles a deck and the three enormous columns that punctuate the room.
