The Danbury Kids Expo was slated to celebrate its 10th year this August, but the coronavirus situation has derailed the festivities. Nonetheless, now’s a good time to give this wonderful family event a shout-out: inspiring you to plan a future stay at Hotel Zero Degrees Danbury to experience it!
The Danbury Kids Expo
Raising funds for a very good cause—the American Cancer Society—the Danbury Kids Expo gives children and parents alike the chance to sample the region’s rich roster of summer camps, family programs and resources, and more during an all-day, fun-packed experience.
The event’s held at the Danbury Sports Dome, the biggest facility of its kind on the East Coast that serves as a multisport, multifunction venue for all ages and all year round. (It’s a fantastic resource for Hotel Zero Degrees Danbury guests to check out during their stay.)
The Danbury Kids Expo includes face painting, balloon art, a bouncy house, and all sorts of other hands-on activities and games, plus live entertainment to boot and a slew of exhibitors. The first 300 children attending get the chance to spin a wheel to win a complimentary prize.
Here’s looking forward to the Danbury Kids Expo getting a chance to celebrate more than a decade in action next year!
