Alive @ Five in Downtown Stamford, CT: Summer Concerts in Columbus Park
The Alive @ Five concerts go down on five weeks’ worth of Thursday evenings in the summer beginning at 5 PM in Columbus Park, within shouting distance of Hotel Zero Degrees Stamford.
These are 21-and-over affairs with adult beverages on offer and some major musicians—including big-time national touring acts—taking the stage. Everyone from the Beach Boys to Boyz II Men have entertained the Alive @ Five crowds since the concert series kicked off back in 1995.
Last year’s Alive@Five performers included Gavin DeGraw, Sean Kingston and Sammy Adams, Gin Blossoms (with Tonic and Vertical), Lighthouse (with the Sean Austin Band), and Neon Trees.
The lineup for the 2019 Alive @ Five series, which runs from July 11th through August 8th, hasn’t yet been announced, but keep tabs on the website to find out shortly who’s coming to town. You can be guaranteed a lively time with a whole slew of merry fellow concertgoers, whoever happens to be headlining!
